Brad Story, left, and Harold. Brad was a great mentor for Harold and has himself built over 50 boats!

The fiberglass is down now but this was after the epoxy

Nice shot
A great view from the barn
These photos taken by Dan Tobyne the other day show how quickly we are making progress on the deck, which now has the fiberglass down. It was a sticky job but it now sets the pace for putting the stanchions back in, building the bulwarks, deck boxes, spars, etc. and then on to faring the hull, painting etc. and getting her ready for the big splash. We are tentatively looking at early July and we will now more soon.  Harold will be honored at nearby Periwinkles Restaurant as the Cape Ann Chamber's Small Businessman of the Year in Essex from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 9.

Great shots, Dan, and thank you to all the great photographers who have been doing such great work.
